Actually, it all depends on the kind of day I have but usually I get enough sleep. I have a special bedtime routine which helps me fall asleep easier. It includes drinking some herbal tea and reading my favourite books which is very relaxing. To be honest, I feel pretty exhausted. I think I need at least 7 hours of sleep to be able to pay attention in class and don’t zone out instead. Studying is probably the hardest thing to do as i always need to be focused.
Well, I think I do. Sometimes I need to relax and I use my mobile phone for that. I watch some tv shows or play mobile games. But I get distracted way too often so it makes me stay up late. My phone actually keeps me awake. I’ve read somewhere that the lights of our mobile phones‘ screens affect the production of melatonin which is in charge of our sleep cycle. So it’s recommended to stop using your phone at least 30 minutes before going to bed.
