Dear Maria,
I've been in London for three days now, and I'm having a great time. I've visited so many places, but there's still a lot to see. Yesterday, we went to the Tower of London. I've never been there before, so it was very exciting. We saw the Crown Jewels and bought a postcard to send you, so you can see how beautiful they are.
We went to the House of Parliament and Downing Street yesterday, but I haven't been to Madame Tussauds yet. Madame Tussauds is a waxworks with models of a lot of famous people. I’ve always wanted to go there, and my aunt says we can go tomorrow.
One of the best things we have done was to take a river boat from Westminster Bridge to Greenwich. We saw all the famous buildings along the river, and at Greenwich we had a picnic, and then went to look at the Observatory.
I hope you can come to England soon, then we can go to London together - I'm sure you will love it!
