If you have troubles sleeping try to listen to some boring radio programme. Or to some interesting but very long one. Try to go jogging in the evening and do some home chores before sleeping. It would make you tired and might help. 3. Try to go jogging in the park every day. It is cheap. You can take your dog with you if you have one, it saves time. You don't have to walk the dog. The dog is also fit and it might help in future to save some money on vet.
