I think healthy lifestyle is very important for everyone. And by the healthy lifestyle I mean healthy diet, sport activities and routine discipline. Every single part is important and connected to each other. Without this features we are not going to be able to live a long active life and keep ourselves as healthy as possible. Also this sort of lifestyle includes development of our knowledge to keep not only our bodies but also our minds sane and sound. As part of my lifestyle I'm trying to wake up early and go to bed not too late same time every day. I keep myself away from fast food, sugar and excessive fat products. I'm into sports and often spend time outside with my friends riding a bike or skating. I'm also working on evolving my mental abilities, I study a lot, I like to read about innovations and new technologies.
