There are just few really important and valuable things in life and health is one of them. It is a very strange thing but people often undervalue or don't value it at all untill they lose it. I think that everyone should take care of it since early age. People should follow diet, do exercises and avoid sweets and junk food. We should sleep enough but not too much and be active.
