Recently in the dailynewspaper I have read the announcement of the foreign language courses at thecommunity center for the organization of one's activities. Unfortunately,I do not know what they are called. I'm very interested in thesecourses, because I want to connect my future career with languages. But thereis one problem: I am not a citizen of this country. I'm a foreigner. That's whyI would like to ask if foreigners can take part in these courses? I lookforward to your response.
