I am writing to complain about the MP4 player that I bought at your Oxford Street shop in London last week. It is a blue Smart Fi-2010 and it cost £20. Unfortunately, I did not have time to test it there and when I got home to Ukraine, I discovered that it was broken and the screen was scratched.
I could not use it at all, and I'm therefore writing to ask what could be done to rectify the problem? Would it be possible for me to return the faulty player by post? I would be grateful if you could send me a replacement. If, however, it is not in stock, please let me know - could you refund my money?
I am disappointed that such a fault has occurred, I believe in your shop's standards and know that you only provide quality products. I have the faulty item and any other information you need. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
