a) in my opinion online learning has both advantages and disadvantages. If we are saying about advantages it is a place you could choose to learn and time, there is also not any dress code.as for disadvantages it is a special resource including digital materials for learning and we could loose time for setting connection etc
b)Combination of online and face to face learning could be effective
c) reading online books enlarge vocabulary and it could be effective but a speaking practice is necessary
d)doing only individual practice is not the most effective way to learn speaking
