Primary changes observed during primary succession are shown below.
Put physical changes into circular figures and organisms that do changes
into rectangular figures.
Words to use:
- Physical changes: bare rocks, soil accumulates water, soil enriches
and insects are attracted, soil is being formed;
- Organisms: perennial plants and shrubs, mosses - add moisture to
the soil, annual grasses, lichens - produce acids which break down rocks
and form soil.
