Well-being classes are usually aimed at improving your health, mind and quality of life in general. More specifically, their purpose can a recovery from serious injuries. They are usually attended by small groups. Most often well-being classes may include a lot of various physical exercise such as Pilates, Yoga or aerobic dances. Sometimes cooking healthy food may also be part of such classes. Meditation can also be practised during well-being classes. In some schools and colleges such classes are designed to help their students to overcome stress and to become more resilient to life's challenges. Such classes furnish practical skills that may be necessary in after-school life. After well-being classes people usually tend to have more positive thinking and are better prepared to face social pressures.
