I constantly keep my body in shape, in order to constantly maintain a healthy body and be in shape, you need to eat right. All meals should be filling. but don't overdo it either. I run at the stadium every day in the morning. I also go swimming three times a week. In the morning I do exercises and drink a glass of water.
