Если кому то надо пересказ про Special People(gateway 2nd edition B1+) про Tom Sietas и Judit Polgar, то вот:

The human’s body and mind are capable to do amazing things, especially when you train them hard. Now I’m going to tell you about two people which are called super humans thanks to their natural talent and to their efforts.
Tom Sietas
When people first see Tom, they don’t usually notice anything special in him. He’s seems to be a middle-high and not particularly well-built man. But those factors help him to do something incredible. Tom has the world record for ‘static apnea’. He can hold his breath underwater, without moving, over then 22 minutes. He doesn’t need to get a lot of oxygen to his muscles because he's not too big. And it helps that his lungs are 20% larger than is usual for his height and built.
His personality plays a big part in his success, too. Thought processes use a lot of oxygen, so it’s important to stay calm and patient. In fact, Tom is so calm that he occasionally falls asleep underwater.
Obviously, he always trains very carefully to prepare for a new record because what he does is highly dangerous.
Judit Polgar
People are always saying that geniuses are born, not made. Nevertheless, I want to prove that it’s not true. This was the obsession of one Hungarian teacher. To prove his theory, he took his three daughters out of school and started to teach them a special subject-chess. Only one of those girls, named Judit, is now the greatest female chess player and the only woman who can move forward so far to be in the world top 10.
At first, she played just 10 minutes a day, but soon it has increased to 10 hours. At 15 she becomes the youngest grandmaster ever.
To win at chess, you need to be confident, hard-working and a little bit selfish.
Thanks to Judit, little by little, people are starting to pay more attention to women chess players.
