How often do you do it?
I try to go hiking at least once a week, usually on the weekends when I have more free time.
Who do you practice with? Are you in a team?
I often hike alone or with a couple of friends who share my interest in hiking. It's not really a team activity, but more of a personal adventure.
How do you feel about this activity?
I absolutely love hiking. It allows me to disconnect from the daily grind, immerse myself in nature, and get some exercise at the same time. It's a great way to clear my mind and find some inner peace.
Have you/Has your team ever won anything? What? When?
Hiking isn't a competitive activity, so there are no awards or trophies to be won. The real reward for me is the sense of accomplishment I feel when I reach a summit or complete a challenging trail. It's all about personal satisfaction and the joy of being in nature.
