I'm so sorry to hear that you caught a cold! It's always unpleasant! Last time when I was ill, it was awful. I had a cough, runny nose. But I had to consult a doctor because I had a high temperature for more than 5 days. The doctor was kind, he prescribed some medicine and I got better.
So, I advise you to consult your doctor, describe your symptoms and receive a good medical piece of advice. What about your usual schedule? Do you pay enough attention to your health when you're not ill? I think it's helpful to eat healthy food, go in for sports, maybe some vitamins once a year? It's very important to keep yourself fit!
