Первое, в "I having medical procedures" лучше использовать тоже present perfect тоесть I have had medical procedures. Второе мы не можем сказать "I have made" тккак глагол make значит сделать что-то руками, тут лучше подойдёт I have found some new friends (я нашёл)
Потом пропущен артикул in THE shop, pictures лучше заменить на photos, when i get back лучше when i will get back
