2. Вот здесь что-то не совсем понятное. Возможно:
The woman is somewhere in the countryside. There is nobody (somebody) with her. She isn't carrying anything in her hand. Все в настоящем (present simple)
3. She isn't old enough to go out alone. Настоящее (preset simple)
