Henry`s day starts at 8 o`clock. He does exercise, goes to the shower and gets dressed. For breakfast he has two boiled eggs, a glass of orange juice and a sandwich with chicken. After that he goes to work. He starts work at 9 a.m. and finishes at 5 p.m. He doesn`t eat lunch. He goes home and makes an early dinner. Henry prefers quiet evenings that`s why he reads an interesting book or watch a film. He goes to bed at 10 o`clock.
