This year marks the 30th anniversary of our independence. This is an important milestone, marking the revival of Kazakh statehood and the acquisition of freedom, the dreams of which were cherished by many generations of our ancestors. By the standards of history, 30 years is just an instant. However, for many peoples, this period included an entire era filled with difficulties and victories, crises and achievements. We are going through it too.I would describe the first decade of Independence as the time of laying the foundation for a new Kazakhstan. Under the leadership of Elbasy, state symbols were approved, an effective system of power was formed. National currency introduced. The Armed Forces have been created. The Basic Law of the country was adopted. Established diplomatic relations with foreign states. Kazakhstan became a member of authoritative international organizations
My homeland is Independent Kazakhstan. Today's blue flag is flying and our peaceful life is due to our heroic parents. On December 16, 1991, we achieved the independence we had longed for for centuries.
Thousands of Kazakhs died in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. Of course, this war was not easy. This year marks the 70th anniversary of the end of the Great Patriotic War.
And on December 16, 1986, many young people, such as Kairat Ryskulbekov, Lyazzat Asanova, Sabira Muhammadjanova, came to the square and were killed during the uprising.
2021 is the 30th anniversary of our independence. During this time, the world recognized us. Thanks to the prudent policy of the President, the world has recognized Kazakhstan as an independent country.
Kazakhstan is a multinational country. Kazakhs are a hospitable people. That is why we live in peace and harmony.
Loving the motherland is the duty of every Kazakh citizen. The past must not be forgotten. It is our history. It is not for nothing that Baurzhan Momyshuly said that you do not burn for the motherland. When I grow up, I want to benefit my country and contribute to the prosperity of Kazakhstan.
