ni pl In 1991 Dr Jane Goodall decided to form a young B10. people's group of 16 local ENVIRONMENT schoolchildren in East Africa. Its name was 'Roots and Shools' and the members organised special programmes and cleaned up local parks. rivers and beaches. They also helped the old people in their neighbourhood B11, and as well as habitat of local animals. Today, 'Roots and Shoots' has over 3,000 groups in B12. protecting the BI3. more than 68 countries worldwide which are involved in Dr Jane Goodall's projects. Any young person can join the Roots and Shoots' programme. If you want to start your own group, simply find other young people who B14. want to participate and an adult to be the group HOME NATURE ACTIVE LEAD​
