No pain, no gain
David Simmons comes from London, but he is in China now for three months. He's a
student at the Dengfeng Kung Fu School. David speaks Chinese a little but he has no problem
with this because teachers can speak English too. At this school he gets up at five o'clock and
starts training immediately. First they train their legs, arms and stomachs. They run up and
down 1,0000 steps and do press ups. The training is very, very hard. They practice hitting
with their hands and kicking with their feet. Then they have lunch and a long rest. In the
afternoon they train with sticks and swords. At six o'clock they have dinner - rice and soup –
then they go to bed. When David goes back to Britain he wants to teach people Kung Fu. He
also wants to appear in films as Kung Fu fighter!
