Lots of children all over the world have part-time jobs. Here Carol,Omar and Dmitry telling us about their jobs.

I’m Carol Evans. I’m 16 years old. I work as a baby sitter, usually one night a week. I have been working as baby-sitter since I was 12 years old. I’ve got two nephews! My parents give now 16 $ a night-that’s about 4 pounds an hour. I love my job because my nephews are little and they sleep a lot. I have time to watch TV or do my homework. Baby-sitting is a good job. I’m Omar Bolatuly. I’m 15. I’m a newspaper boy. I deliver newspaper round every day of the week. It takes me an hour. I have to get up at 7:30 every day. The newsagent pays 350 tenge a day and 450 tenge on Sundays, so I earn 2,550 tenge a week. I like my job, but carrying newspapers is difficult! I’m Dmitry Sergeev. I’m 16. 1 just work one morning — on Saturday mornings from 8 till 12 o’clock. I’m a waiter in a snack bar. My job is exciting. I meet a lot of kids of my age there. They have ice cream. I earn 400 tenge for a morning work-hour. My customers are very friendly Work with the text in a group.
