And the sailor began to boast: " I was in many countries and saw a lot of strangs things. Once our ship got to a sea of milk, in the middle of which there was a mountain of sugar and an island of cheese. And when we were in the Pacific Ocean we saw a flying fish. There flying fish can fly for a long time when the enemies are after them." Then his mother said:"I can believe that there are seas of milk and island of cheese, but I can't believe in flying fish, son."

Моряк (или дословно матрос) вернулся в родную ддеревню с моря. Его родители и родсивенники заслушивались историями о его приключениях. Моряк начал хвастаться: "Я был во многих странах и повидал много необычного. Однажды наш корабль попал в молочное море, а в его средине была гора и остров из сыра. А когда мы были в Тихом океане мы увидели летающую рыбу. Летающая рыба может летать настолько долго, насколько за ней гонятся враги". Тогда его мать сказала: "Я могу поверить в молочное море и сырный острров, но сынок, я не верю в летающую рыбу".
