Last summer Victor decided to take up water polo. He thought the game was easy but he found it difficult. Victor chose to go to the swimming pool once week. He played there with some people from his office who wanted some exercise too. That helped Victor to keep fit. Soon he started running and has got a diet of vegetables and fruit.
