You asked me to tell you about my favourite traditional Russian dish. Well, I think it is okroshka, which is a cold soup. It is very simple to cook - all you need to do is to chop cucumber, boiled potatoes, green onions and hard-boiled eggs and add some light kefir or cold kvass. This dish may seem very strange, but it tastes great. Okroshka is mostly served in summer and it is always served cold.
