Thank you for your letter. I always like to get your letters.  

First of all, I'd like to answer your questions.  School in Moscow

gets cancelled when the temperature is twenty-eight degrees below zero,      and a strong wind is blowing.

During the last school year, we didn't attend school in February for four days

when the temperature was about thirty degrees, though the wind was not strong.

As for the weather in Moscow now it's not very cold. It's about 10 to 16 degrees C.

I'm dying to learn more about your snowman. Who did you make it with?

How tall was it?  Did you put anything on your snowman?
