We jumped into the car. We found Dad and Mrs Manheim near the lake. We told them where Fudge and Daniel where. We all drove to the bakery. Mum jumped out of the car and hugged Fudge. "I am so happy to see you!"
When we came back to our house, Mum said,
"You know that what you did today was wrong."
"And dangerous," Dad said.
"And stupid!" I said.
"were very happy to see you," Mrs Manheim said,
"But were very angry, too!"
"we should punish you," Dad said.
