Running is what you need.

Why do people go running? Running has many benefits, not only physical but also emotional and mental as well. Running or jogging is an exercise that doesn’t need special physical efforts, no matter if you’re a beginner or an advanced level. Doctors say that running and jogging help keep the heart and lungs healthy. If you go running several times a week, you will keep your body in a good shape, from week to week, you will notice the difference in your body and muscle strength. You can do it anywhere: in a city park, at the stadium, in the yard or the country.
The main reason why I like running is that it is easy to start, as I do not need any special skills. In order to run I get up early then just grab my smartphone and run out. Although it requires a great deal of effort, it energizes me and helps me keep fit. Regular training slows down the aging process because exercising is the best way to eliminate toxins. Also, doing sport releases the happy hormones or endorphins that are responsible for the mood.
Another reason why I go running is its cheapness. It costs me almost nothing; so that I can start running, I need only to buy a pair of trainers. A good pair of trainers makes it easier to run and less painful for my legs. I prefer running early in the morning because the park is quiet and peaceful at this time of the day. I love watching the sunrise and awakening of a new day. While running in the morning, I know myself better without these annoying crowds of people and cars.
I took up running with my friend when we were 17 years old. I realized I had found my perfect kind of sport whereas for my friend it was just the way to lose his weight. First, we didn’t run long distances, only 3 or 4 kilometers three times a week; but later we enlarged the distance to 10 kilometers a day. Now we are running about 15 km and doing stretching after it to recover muscles.
Running is great fun! It’s the best medicine to keep healthy, happy, and slim.​
