The reason we are writing to you is poor quality of the car we hired from your company yesterday. The car appeared to malfunction right from the start. As soon as we had driven a few kilometres, the car stopped.
We had to stop a passing car to help us to take the car to the nearest parking lot. As none of us was skilled enough to see the problem and to fix the car. we had to invite a specialist to fix it.
We also tried to get in touch with your employees, but nobody answered our call. We were very disappointed both with the car and the attitude of your staff who were absolutely unavailable on the phone though we called more than once.
So as we are very displeased with your service and quality of the car you offered us, we expect a full refund of the money we paid for the car rental. We also expect you to refund our expenses for the services of the mechanic who fixed the car on the parking lot. These expenses amounted to 200 dollars.
