Mix the flour with warm milk, flowing in a small amount of milk and foamed yeast, mix all and put in a warm place to ferment, covered with a towel or a linen napkin. When the dough rises, add the egg yolks, mashed with sugar until white, warm melted butter, salt and mix well again. Then enter the beaten egg whites and gently-resistant foam, so as not to destroy the foam, add the flour so that the dough turned out quite thick. Let the dough rise a second time, then beat out a well, put in a greased generously with softened butter form, fill it halfway to let the dough rise level with the edges of the mold and bake at 180 C until ready.
