I know that you can accidentally fall asleep - and then the whole day goes awry. I immediately jump and run to the bathroom to wash. It helps me to finally move away from a dream. Then I have breakfast in the kitchen so that the advance had left my mother, and I go to school. Often I meet someone from classmates, and we go along. This is a nice amount of time - you can talk about something interesting.
