My favourite cartoon character is Mary Poppins. Mary Poppins is a fairy nanny who brings up children in a London family. She is very reasonable, strict, but at the same time kind and sweet. She can understand the language of animals and birds, make an overly amiable butcher sing in the voice of an opera singer, revive the statue of Neleus, change the malevolent Miss Andrew, and even give adults the opportunity to briefly meet themselves in childhood. She is my favorite childhood character.
