When you want became more healthy, you are need to follow some points of healthy lifestyle. For instanse, drink more water, it will help you to be more energy. Eat more fruit and vegetables, and also fish and meat. Don't fry it, it will be better, when you roast or boil it. Do sport every day, it can be bicycle, jogging, yoga or simple morning exercise.
