Mother asked her son, "When did you break your new toy?"

He asked Ann, "Aren't you tired of living in this poor district?"

He said, "Tell him not to work too fast."

He said that he was surprised to see that the grandfather's clock had stopped.

He said, "I shall have a look at this advertisement."

He asked the teacher, "Who has made good progress in English?"

He asked Mary, "Do you want to look ten years younger?"

The girl said, "Wait a minute and say it again, please."

She said that she had tried to ring up her mother several times on the previous day.

Ann says, "I make all my clothes myself."

He asked Tom, "Since when have you earned your living?"

He told me, "Will you tell him what happened?"

He said, "Ask her to call me back."

She thanked me and said that she had already read that book.

He said, "I take my dog out twice a day."

He said, "What are you looking for?"

He asked Ann, "Have you got any letters from your family?"

I told him, "Be careful, the steps are very slippery."

She asked if I was going to the concert.

He said, "When I first met you, you were studying Fine Arts."

Mother asked, "How long have you been awake, Ann?"

He asked me, "Do they have a good ear for music?"

He said to me, "Don't touch it!"

She said that she was lucky to meet them again.

Nick said, "I have been very patient with you for many years."

Steve asked his friend, "Why are you going to Hyde Park?"

Ben asked me, "Do you know anybody in this area?"

He said, "Don't move until I tell you."

I asked the boy what else he had seen there.

Peter said, "I have earned my living since I left school."

Dan asked me, "When will you be able to finish this work?"

They asked me, "Do you have many car accidents in your country?"​
