I ate a lot of junk food last time, probably because I do not have any motivation to start eating healthier food. However, it seems that my body does not suffer dramatically from such a "diet." I'm tall, and I'm not getting fat. In contrast, I am in good shape because I periodically visit my gym.
I am looking forward to finding the motivation to start consuming more healthier food, but I know I am fine and do not have any problems due to my diet that consists primarily of junk food.
