The meaning of healthy food is different for people. Some people believe that vegetarian food is healthy. Other people think that having less fat and sugar in their diet is healthy enough for them. Doctors say that we should eat less fat, more vegetables and fruits. We have to avoid sugary drinks and sweets as they can cause heart problems and can damage our teeth. In my opinion, healthy food is vegetables, fruits, chicken and fish. Red meat contains a lot of fat that can cause health problems. In my diet, I try not to eat fast food, as often it contains a lot of fat and dangerous chemicals.
