Pork on the bone - 150 g
Rice - 50 g
Onion - 1 small
Carrots - 1 small
Potatoes - 1 small
Pickled cucumbers - 2 small
Brine - 2-3 tbsp.
Salt - to taste
Condiments to taste
Greens - to taste
First you need to boil the broth - add water, meat, bay leaf, a little salt and pepper in the pan. Boil for 1.5-2 hours.
For now, rinse the rice well and cut the vegetables into cubes.
When the broth is ready, add fire, pull out the meat and add rice and potatoes to the pan.
Next, heat the pan and fry the carrots with onions.
Then add them immediately to the soup.
When the potatoes are ready, add the cucumbers and the pickle over low heat, stir well.
Add salt to taste, add seasonings and herbs. Then soup another 10-15 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
