Waking up and going to bed, we first look at the phone to check how many likes we have collected or read another meaningless post. There is a feeling that people and days cannot live without the Internet. Relying on the latest research that we found from proven resources and also having studied and analyzed, we came to the conclusion that on average a person spends 5 years of his life on social networks. People prefer to spend more time doing content but less on learning and education, analyzing efforts, scoping out the competition and responding to questions. Teenagers spend up to 9 hours a day on social platforms, and 30% of all time spent online goes to communication on networks. In addition, 60% of the time spent in networks comes from mobile devices. The question is why teens are willing to spend more than half their time on being online. The reason for this is simple — posts on social networks give us a surge of emotions, which we so strive for when we are bored. One movement — the phone is unlocked, and after a minute we fall into the illusion of an active life. It turns out that there is no time left for more important things like self-development. To avoid wasting time on unnecessary things, our group and I decided to write about how to make our time more productive with and without social networks. As previously mentioned, adolescents fall into a trance, falling into this world of illusions and scoring for training. Our century is considered the age of technology. There are so many internet addiction control apps like AppBlock, Timeout that can block online apps for a certain time.
