1) Past Continuous, Прошедшее Непрерывное, потому что действия происходят параллельно, одновременно, а ещё это можно понять, по слову: while, которое как раз-таки употребляется в Past Continuous.
2) Past Simple, Простое Прошедшее, потому что "Did" это вспомогательная частица Past Simple при задавание вопроса. И yesterday, то есть "Вчера".
3) Past Perfect, Прошедшее Совершенное, потому что "because", то есть "потому что", а после "because" всегда Past Perfect идёт.
4) Present Simple, Настоящее Простое, потому что вопрос в PS с "does" и "do" задаётся, и сигнальное слово: usually, это сигнальное слово Present Simple, "обычно", регулярное действие.
5) Present Simple, потому что "always", "всегда". (сигнальное слово Present Simple)
6) Present Continuous, Действие на данный момент, вопрос в PC, потому что "are" и "doing".
