Я живу в Кубинке, поэтому опишу её. The municipality was established in its present boundaries in 2006 on the basis of the law of Moscow oblast "On the status and the borders of Odintsovsky municipal district and newly formed in the part of the municipalities". It included the city of Kubinka and settlements later abolished Crimean and Novo-Osinovsky rural districts of Odintsovo district, Moscow region. In Kubinka the weather is changeable: it suddenly rains, then it will become clear, it was coming a Blizzard. Should be alert: even in clear weather should stock up on an umbrella)
