In most cases, it is very difficult to cope with stress, but there are many methods to minimize it.First of all,you should increase your level on activity and reduce your heart rate.This helps to lessen the effects of stress.In general,for it you just need do some moderate exercise and train on a daily basis.In conclusion, I want to say that everybody has taken tough position in their life, but you should know,that you can do anything if you believe in yourself
