Следующие виды риска (опасности) были определены после проведения специальных упражнений (скорее всего, имеется в виду "опытов"):1) Риск поражения электрическим током - возникает в следствии неправильного использования cтрун (без полного контекста не понятно о чем речь), повреждения струн и не отмеченных автоматических выключателей.
2) Риски, связанные с покрытием - включают в себя отсутствие защитных ограждений на площадках, расположенных на высоте, а также не отвечающую требованиям поверхность пола, которая приводит к скольжению и падениям.
3) Общий экологический контроль - риски, связанные с контролем экологической обстановки, что включает в себя замкнутое или ограниченное пространство, (не знаю, что это такое, я раньше встречала lockout только как "руководство запрещает работникам работать и нанимает новых" :)), а также санитарный контроль.
4) Складская техника, оборудование и транспорт - включает в себя ненадлежащие использование тяжелой техники или транспорта и эксплуатацию тяжелой техники близко к линиям электропередач.
