В последнем предложении есть два варианта. Первый - тот, что я написала. Он правильный, если 11-ти ещё нет, но скоро будет, и ему/ей надо поторопиться. Второй - I was supposed to meet Helen at eleven o'lock. Этот правильный, если уже 11 или чуть больше, и ему/ей надо поторопиться, так как уже и так больше условленного времени , а он/она ещё не на месте. Разницу я выделила жирным шрифтом.
