Healthy Food. It can be referred to as the food which is beneficial for health in terms of nutrition and it also fits your body. Healthy food may be considered as organic food (pure from chemicals), and natural food. From the healthy food I usually consume: salads, vegetables, fruits, lean meat, chicken, milk and milk products such as buttermilk, cheese, yogurt, etc.
Unhealthy Food. The best way to describe unhealthy food is the less nutritional food containing a high amount of calories, fat and sugar. This type of food is high in protein and although human's body needs protein it should be just in a particular amount in our food. I don't consume much from unhealthy food, but it's impossible to avoid its consumption. I'm usually eating: french fries, fast food, greasy foods, fried foods, chips, etc. If you can figure out a balance, It won't harm to your health.
