In my opinion it isn't possible to live without technology nowadays. In the 21 century we have everything in our smartphones. If that we can't play games on smartphone is even good, but our phone is more than only games or social medias.

When we talk about other technology, they also need for us everyday. It is easier to get your meals to microwave than heat the gas stove to heat the dish.
