a) Tennis, gymnastics, hockey, cycling, football, swimming, running and figure - these kinds of sport we can attribute to the least traumatic of the proposed, but risks still remain. That sportsmans that prefer doing these sports often are in risk of ligament rupture or harm themselves because athlete can forget about risks to their body and do overload of the body.
Boxing and judo i find them too dangerous to health because by this way players are extremely at risk as they can hurt their head and this entails concussion, skull fracture or even they can skull fracture that can become the reason of death.
b) If you don`t do any sport at all you are still at risk often even more than doing some extreme sport. Because passive lifestyle is a reason of obesity, heart attack and weak bones and other awful problems with health. So i am absolutely sure that we have to do some sport but at the same time we must controll our strength and opportunities of our body.
