I would like to eat like a caveman because cavemen were hunters and gatherers, not farmers, so they ate nuts, seeds, fresh fruit and vegetables, eggs, honey, fish and meat. It means that in those days there was no sugar or processed food, no salty or junk food. In other words, cavemen ate much healthier food than we do.
On the other hand, we should not forget that cavemen sometimes struggled to find any food at all and their diet depended on weather and place of living, while we have access to different food products all year round.
