There is no oily fried (we practically abandoned fried, although, I personally sometimes do not adhere to this), spicy, smoked food in the menu on a regular basis in my family. To replace this, there was stewed, boiled, steamed, sometimes canned food, if there's no side dish to the porridge, or it is already winter. Side dishes are different: pasta, rice, potatoes, vegetables.
Oatmeal, cheesecakes, dumplings, there are sausages with dumplings, omelets/scrambled eggs, cottage cheese, macaroni and cheese. There is too much cheese in our family (a tradition), we order it from friends in the village.
For lunch there's always an appetizer, soup and a second course. Meat, fish in various variations.
But I rarely see citrus fruits and strawberries on the table, perhaps because of the allergies of some of our family members.
There has never been a tradition to drink tea with something sweet after a meal.
We could drink tea separately, but we weren't fond of it, there is no tradition of «drinking tea after lunch/dinner». Food is always treated calmly. According to the principal: ate and went. «Snacks» aren't accepted, «piecing» – too. But at night, tea with rolls is obligatory, somewhere like that two or three hours before going to bed. And we go to bed a little late.
I grew up on these traditions, I feel warm with them, with such habits, so I think I will never leave them.
