Fondue


Fondue is a traditional Swiss dish. It consists
of mixture of different cheese and spices. Since the 1950s,
the name "fondue" has been spread to other dishes in which a food is
dipped into a pot of hot liquid: chocolate fondue, in which pieces of fruit are
dipped into a melted chocolate mixture, and, in which pieces of meat are cooked
in hot oil.


But if you want to cook a really Swiss Fondue you
should use  Swiss cheese,
Gruyere cheese, flour, a dry white wine,
salt and bread.


First of all boil wine in fondue pot. Add Swiss
cheese, Gruyere cheese, 1/4 pound at a time. Mix after each addition of cheese
until melted. Add all flour. When all the cheese has melted, add in salt. Serve
with cut-up bread. Bon appétit!

Fondue is delicious and simple dish that will become a
favorite at your table.
