 On the onehand, computers help us to work faster because it can count and do someoperations quickly. What is more, we can use the Internet to find anyinformation immediately. We also can use it for some entertainment such ascomputer games and chatting.

On theother hand, some people claim that computers destroy our health. If we use itvery often, our eyesight can become very poor.  Moreover, when we use it we can get someproblems with our back.
 
In myopinion, people should use the computer when they really need it and they shouldn’tspent too much time using it. If they do this the risks to get some diseaseswill be lower.

 In conclusion, I want to say that computer isvery important in our lives, but it should be used wisely. If people continueto use computers too often it will lead to some problems with their health
