Some young people prefer to spend their holiday travelling while other prefer to stay at home.what would your choice be?

majortom My choice would definitely be travelling. While I enjoy taking some time to rest at home, I think it's just a waste of time when it comes to holidays. Spending a week travelling can give you so much more than just staying at home. And yo don't necessarily need to leave your town. For example, you can get a couple of your friends or relatives to join you on a small trip to the nearest countryside where you can do some hiking or just go for a walk to enjoy the views and breathe some fresh air. If you decide to travel abroad (which might be a bit more expensive), you can learn about another country's culture, visit amazing sights and meet new people. Making friends from allaround the world is a great experience that might bevery useful in the future. I think all this is much better that sittting at home lying on the sofa.

majortom But if I can't go anywhere, it's always nice to spend time with the family. Sometimes it's really great to wtch a football game with my dad, or help with some housework. Your friends can visit you and together you can play some games or just chat about everything. You can go with them for a short walk or do some skateboarding or some other type of actvity.
